These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital travel products and related services offered under the brand What To Do In Singapore (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the online booking system Bókun and any connected sales channels, widgets, landing pages and integrations. By purchasing, accessing, downloading or using any product, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms.

2) Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Digital Product means a self-guided itinerary, digital guide, interactive content, digital access link, digital map route, audio guide (MP3), PDF guide, or similar content.

Ticket Bundle means a Digital Product sold together with admission ticket(s), vouchers or bookings to a third-party attraction or partner.

Booking means your purchase and confirmed order created via Bókun.

Voucher means the booking confirmation and/or QR/ticket/voucher issued after purchase.

Third Party Provider means any attraction, venue, carrier, payment gateway or external platform.

3) Nature of the product

Most products are self-guided experiences. They do not include a live guide and do not constitute a guided tour unless explicitly stated. The Digital Product provides information, recommendations, route suggestions and practical instructions for visitors. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the products do not guarantee a fixed schedule, time slots or a guided group, and do not include personal assistance throughout the route.

4) Eligibility & customer responsibility

By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for checking your personal suitability (health, mobility, weather conditions), following local laws, safety instructions and venue rules, and arranging your own travel, insurance, and personal equipment. We strongly recommend having adequate travel insurance.

5) Purchase process & payment

Products are sold online via Bókun and connected payment processors. Payment must be completed online. We do not accept payment on arrival unless explicitly stated. Prices are displayed in the currency selected in the checkout. If currency conversion occurs, rates are determined by your bank/payment provider. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; price changes do not apply to already confirmed Bookings.

6) Delivery and access to the Digital Product

After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email and/or a voucher with access instructions, including a download link, access link, QR code, or digital delivery method. Access may be limited by time (for example 24–72 hours) depending on the product configuration and anti-sharing protection. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring delivery by checking spam/junk folders. If you do not receive your voucher, you must contact us without undue delay.

7) Use restrictions, copyright & license

All Digital Products are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the Provider. Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to public platforms, share links, or provide access to third parties. Any unauthorized distribution may result in cancellation without refund and may lead to legal action.

8) Changes, updates & availability

We may update or improve the Digital Product at any time (for example: route order, text improvements, recommendations, map links). Such updates do not create entitlement to refunds. Some content may become unavailable due to changes by Third Party Providers, attraction renovations, closures, weather events, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will aim to provide reasonable alternatives where possible, but we do not guarantee that all described locations or services will be available at all times.

9) Tickets, time slots & third-party attractions (if applicable)

If your Booking includes tickets or reservations provided by a Third Party Provider, their terms and conditions may apply in addition to these Terms. You are required to follow all entry rules, time-slot policies and safety requirements of the attraction/venue. We are not responsible for denied entry due to late arrival, missing documents, violations of venue rules, or incorrect customer data entered at checkout.

10) Cancellation policy & refunds

Because the products are digital, by completing the purchase you acknowledge that the delivery may begin immediately after payment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, once the Digital Product has been delivered and/or accessed, refunds may not be available. For ticket bundles, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the ticket type and Third Party Provider rules. If a refund is granted, transaction fees, currency conversion fees and payment provider fees may be non-refundable. Any refund decision is subject to the cancellation rules shown in the booking checkout and voucher.

11) Technical requirements & customer device

You are responsible for having a compatible smartphone/tablet, internet connection (where needed), sufficient battery and headphones (if audio is used). We are not responsible for reduced functionality due to customer device limitations, unsupported browsers, offline restrictions, or device settings.

12) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

All information is provided “as is” for informational purposes. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that the experience will meet individual expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, damage, missed transport, missed entry, loss of enjoyment, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Digital Products or related travel activities. Customers participate at their own risk.

13) Complaints & customer support

If you have a complaint or need assistance, contact us at [INSERT EMAIL] and include your booking reference number. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within standard business time.

14) Personal data protection

We process personal data for booking fulfilment, customer support and legal compliance. Personal data may be shared with payment processors and Third Party Providers where required to fulfil the Booking. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, and detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy: [INSERT LINK].

15) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

16) Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. We may amend these Terms from time to time; the version effective at the time of purchase applies to the Booking. By completing the purchase, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
